As a Project Manager within the team, you will primarily be responsible for the scoping, planning, execution, and budget monitoring of the project.
You will establish a solid project structure, working closely with business analysts and critically and constructively assessing the information gathered to ensure that all relevant elements are identified and a clear roadmap is defined to transition from the current AS-IS state to the desired TO-BE state.
You will coordinate the various actions involving different stakeholders and facilitate communication, including from a change management perspective, by developing the necessary communication plans.
You will make every effort to ensure that agreed timelines and budgets are respected so that the project can be delivered on time. Where necessary, you will adjust the project plan and communicate any changes clearly and transparently while providing the required reporting.
Following implementation, you will remain available during the hypercare phase.
You will integrate into the project team’s way of working and contribute to the development of procedures and documentation that enable effective collaboration with the operational (“Run”) organization.
