For a client (Brussels) we are looking for a Medior to Senior Analyst Utilities

End date: 12/15/2027

We are still looking for reinforcement for the client's team. This team is responsible for: Onboarding and offboarding market parties (Suppliers, BRPs, and Shippers), Keeping up-to-date and publishing relevant market information, as well as providing accurate market information and contact information of all different players internally. They are also the first point of contact for new colleagues regarding market introduction. Additionally, the candidate must have a thorough market knowledge to detect the needs within the market in terms of providing information and meet them with the help of different teams.

In this role, you will be able to engage with and gather information from various parties (market players and internal teams) with the aim of:

• Updating the various information sources available

• Developing/writing processes, procedures, and work instructions, with the aim of transferring some tasks to a 1st line team.

• Improving the current Account Management Service and implementing a feasible way-of-working, using the available ITSM platforms (TOPdesk, Azure DevOps)

• Coordinating incidents, questions, changes that often need to be handled cross-team. All based on provided information

• Defining KPIs for the Account Management Service and determining the governance forums where these will be monitored. Providing input to the BI team for setting up user-friendly reporting

Skills

• Demonstrable experience as a business analyst (3 years)

• Demonstrable experience within the Belgian energy market (4 years)

• Demonstrable experience with coordinating onboarding and integration processes of internal/external stakeholders

• Demonstrable experience in managing relationships with internal/external stakeholders

• Demonstrable experience in facilitating workshops

• Demonstrable experience in developing/working out technical and business processes (2 years)

• Demonstrable experience with ITSM platforms such as TopDesk, Azure DevOps, ...

• Demonstrable experience in development and optimization of business processes (BPM)

• Candidate can convincingly demonstrate knowledge of Atrias' position within the energy market during a potential interview

• Candidate can convincingly demonstrate the necessary communication skills for coordination and communication with different stakeholders during a potential interview.

• Language requirement: English-speaking at European CEFR level C1

• Language requirement: Dutch-speaking or French-speaking at European CEFR level C1

• Language requirement: Good knowledge of the other national language (at least B1)

• Demonstrable experience in using AI tools to support daily work

• Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management

• Demonstrable experience with TopDesk
