Specifically for starters, we are setting up the Contribute University. In a tailor-made trajectory, we will together determine the professional direction you want to take and offer you an intensive knowledge bath in the first months. Relevant training and internal assignments, supplemented with one-on-one coaching from your mentor, will quickly elevate you to the next level. Once on a project, we do not cut the umbilical cord, your mentor keeps a close eye on things and supports you with advice and action.

As a consultant, you will work in various environments, with various clients, where you will be responsible for developing and building innovative business applications.
As a low-code developer, the emphasis is less on coding and more on modeling the business needs, focusing mainly on functionality and translating these insights into the low-code platform.

Your technical background
Although your background is not IT-focused, you have a strong interest in technology and are willing to learn new things in that area
Communication skills are crucial as you will be in dialogue with both business and technical individuals. You understand both parties and can clearly convey your message to both audiences.
You see working in diverse environments and integrating into new teams as an added value in your job
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree
You speak Dutch, English. French is a plus.
