For our client, we are looking for a dedicated PO profile that brings structure across multiple smaller projects, instead of focusing on 1 large project.
The job title "Product Owner" is not decisive: it is mainly about the profile and way of working (Senior IT Business Analyst - Product Owner).
Context & role
Sliding / rotating deployment across 5 projects, with varying intensity per project depending on the needs.
Acts as a content anchor point for each project: brings structure, builds a roadmap, and takes on stakeholder engagement.
Focuses on direction, priorities, and alignment - not on implementation details.
Project 1
• 2 developers + 1 domain specialist.
• There is already a PO for the project overview, but not for the tooling side.
• Looking for someone to develop a roadmap with the domain expert and developers and take on stakeholder engagement.
Project 2
• 2 developers - smaller project, same expectations as project 1.
Project 3
• Project with a clear need for structure - likely to account for approximately 50% of this person's time.
• Currently only 1 developer, not full-time on the project.
• Scope, approach, and stakeholders are not yet clear.
• Challenge: bringing clarity and creating a budget/plan before actual operational start.
Project 4
• Small-scale, externally developed project that requires a PO.
Project 5
• Supporting role for an existing PO who is transitioning to a new role and currently lacks the time to fully take on their role.
Expectations
Able to switch smoothly between multiple projects and contexts, instead of focusing on 1 project.
Brings structure and clarity to projects where it is currently lacking, without imposing solutions.
Takes on stakeholder engagement, even when stakeholders and scope are not yet defined (see project 3).
Can help create/estimate budget and planning before starting operationally.
Comfortable with ambiguity and setting up structure "from scratch".
Coaching, supportive attitude towards an existing PO who is temporarily too busy (project 5).
Strong autonomy and ownership reflex, just like Philippe.
Technical context
Highly technical software/tooling environment within Airtec (Cyber Physical Systems Tools).
Being able to participate in technical discussions is a plus; architecture and technical implementation remain with an architect/the developers.
No hands-on development or detailed design required.
Way of working
Managing multiple smaller, partly initiating projects at the same time - not 1 fixed project.
Independently prioritizing between projects based on urgency and team needs.

Profile search
Experienced / Senior Product Owner or Business Analyst with a profile: broad, demonstrable experience as PO/BA in technical environments, strong in stakeholder management, quickly deployable in new domains, independent in building roadmap and backlog, and comfortable with simultaneously monitoring multiple (smaller) projects.
Senior Product Owner / Senior IT Business Analyst with extensive experience in technical environments, strong in stakeholder management, roadmap and backlog building, project structuring, and governance. Can independently handle multiple smaller projects at the same time, brings clarity where there is still much uncertainty, and combines strategic insight with a pragmatic, coaching approach.
