Scrum Master/Analyst in an Existing Team

• The department consists of multiple agile teams totaling around 40 people, including the existing team of 8 people. This team builds and maintains applications that allow for invoice corrections within the various billing processes.

• You will join a professional agile team and work on a series of challenging projects, including the development of a new functionality for correcting member invoices.

• You can leverage existing AI agents to support your analysis work and, if necessary, create new AI agents.

Scope

The consultant combines the role of analyst with that of scrum master. He/she coordinates a team of 8 people in this department.
In addition to the scrum master role, the consultant also handles the business and functional analyses of assignments.

Responsibilities

• Leading the agile team (8 people) as scrum master

• Performing business and functional analyses within an agile team

Tasks and Deliverables

• Coordinating with the product owners, BU experts and developers

• Assisting with and creating user stories

• Developing the functional analysis based on the user stories

• Acting as scrum master of a team within member reimbursements (8 people)

• Organizing the sprint planning, sprint review, demo and daily stand-up

Hard Skills

• Experienced analyst (medior/senior) with sufficient technical background

• Able to work in a functionally and technically complex environment

• Able to maintain the overall view while also conducting a very detailed analysis

• Familiar with leading agile teams

• Familiar with working with AI agents to support analysis work

Language Skills

• Full proficiency in one of the two national languages (Dutch or French): reading, speaking and writing

• Good knowledge of the other national language: understanding and reading it easily
