Our client is urgently looking for a Project Lead for projects in the segment of independent entrepreneurs. This is a very important project for the client. So, we are looking for a heavy caliber: someone who has already led major change processes and gains the trust of management and teams without a ramp-up period.
The profile of what the Project Lead does:
• Translate strategic goals into a concrete project plan, with scope, timing, budget, and stakeholders.
• Establish a steering committee and lead the project from A to Z, with a focus on planning, quality, and budget.
• Identify risks early and make adjustments.
• Guide the change process: address resistance, build support, and inform the right people at the right time.
• Implement new processes and practices, and close the project with an evaluation and lessons learned.
What we are looking for:
• Extensive, demonstrable experience as a project manager or program manager in change processes. We aim for expert level.
• Experience in service delivery for independent entrepreneurs or accountants is a strong asset.
• Someone who makes decisions, takes ownership, and engages stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills: can translate numbers into concrete improvement plans.
• Very good Dutch, good French.
Practical:
• Full-time, hybrid.
• Based in Bruges or Ghent, with travel to Antwerp and Brussels, among others.
• Start: as soon as possible.
