We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst who bridges the gap between business and IT. You will analyze business processes, translate business needs into clear functional specifications, and support development teams during solution implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes and functional requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional analyses, user stories, and use cases.

• Create functional specifications and process models.

• Support developers during implementation.

• Develop and execute functional tests and acceptance tests.

• Monitor scope, quality, and consistency of the solution.

• Act as a liaison between business, IT, and external partners.

Profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Functional Analyst

• Experience with requirement gathering, process analysis, and functional modeling.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to document complex issues clearly.

• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or other modeling techniques is a plus.

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Functional expertise

• Experience with requirements analysis
