A senior functional analyst with proven experience in developing specifications for a mission-critical application in the context of a public tender. The analyst must be able to lead stakeholder discussions, map out possible options, and present them in an understandable way to help stakeholders make a decision in a short period of time.
The future platform will need to integrate with other systems. Integration with a commercial test-taking platform may also be considered if it proves to be both functionally and financially more interesting than building a new application. The analyst must be familiar with developing a solution that spans multiple systems.
The analyst must have proven experience with requirement analysis & design concepts for OO, multi-tier web, and mobile applications (tablets).
We are looking for a senior analyst who, under the guidance of the product owner, can conduct the necessary discussions with various stakeholders to clarify the new requirements, develop possible solutions, and reach a decision with the PO and stakeholders on the desired solution.
With the desired solution in mind, a specification must be written that can be widely marketed. It will therefore be necessary to also describe the existing functionalities and previous requirements in a clear overview.
Once the specification is on the market, the various use cases needed for the development of the application can be detailed further.
