Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Functional Analyst.

Role
The functional analyst is responsible for analyzing the client's business processes. He or she is involved in the initial stages of the project and ensures a detailed description of the current and future situation of the process. He or she leads workshops, organizes and manages the meetings necessary to gather information and prepare the deliverables needed to define the project, following the client's standards and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Organizing meetings and workshops to understand and map the client's business processes;

• Preparing documents needed to define the process, so they can be used directly by the analysts to implement the solution;
  Ensuring throughout the project that the implemented solution matches the solution described in consultation with the Business.

• Communication: organizes and leads the necessary meetings or workshops with the Business. He/she has good listening skills;

• Conceptualizing: translating abstract and general reasoning and concepts into practical solutions;

• Information analysis: analyzing data and critically evaluating information;

• Ability to understand cross-functionally: looking beyond the boundaries of different departments/divisions and assessing the impact of decisions on other areas of the organization.
