Cloud Engineer

As a Cloud Engineer at Droppar, you help customers transition from traditional development models to modern PaaS solutions. You contribute to innovation through smart cloud architecture, advanced automation, and a strong focus on security.

• You guide our customers in transitioning from a traditional software development model to a modern PaaS approach. You assist them in making their IT environment more efficient, scalable, and future-proof.

• You actively contribute to technological innovation and operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and streamlining operational processes further.

• In addition to designing and implementing cloud environments, you support in setting up, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable software development and deployment.
  

Cloud security is also a key part of your responsibility. You help continuously improve the security of cloud infrastructures, monitoring both the technical aspects and underlying processes.

To achieve all this, you work closely with our development team and other technical stakeholders. You share your expertise, actively participate, and collaborate to find solutions that are technically robust and practically feasible.

Who are you?

• You have a strong interest in system administration, network management, efficiency, and automation.

• You are passionate about cloud technology and have knowledge of one or more cloud platforms. (We mainly work with Oracle Cloud.)

• You have extensive experience with automation and tooling, such as Linux, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, and similar technologies.

• You understand the needs of different technical teams and communicate clearly, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal.

• You are proactive, take initiative, and actively think about the best technical solutions.

• You are curious and keep up with new technological trends and developments so that you can continuously expand your knowledge.
