What will you do
As a Business Analyst, you will engage with various stakeholders within an organization. You thoroughly map out the current work processes. Together with project teams, you brainstorm on how to optimize existing processes. You have an eye for small improvements that positively impact the bigger picture and align this progress with the company's strategy. Additionally, you assess the optimizations that require more time, budget, and effort.
Who are you
An excellent communicator! As a Business Analyst, you listen to and communicate easily with all levels of the organization. You quickly grasp what matters to the customer. Documenting this information is one of your great qualities. When things get hectic, you keep a cool head and know how to prioritize. You are not afraid to challenge and manage your stakeholders. On the contrary, you see it as a challenge to understand and convince them. Our Agile project approach makes you a relaxed and flexible person.
Your skills
Practical knowledge of Agile and SCRUM
Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Proxy Product Owner
Accustomed to working within ICT environments
Thorough knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, certification is a bonus
Experience with BPMN
