For the client's team, we are looking for an experienced UX Designer who plays a key role in designing user-friendly digital solutions.
The team is a multidisciplinary team consisting of, among others, product owners, program managers, full stack developers, test specialists, and AI developers.
Skills include gathering and interpreting user needs and translating them into interaction models and functionalities.
Solid knowledge of user-friendly web and mobile interface patterns and when to apply them.
Setting up, conducting, and processing user tests.
Flexibility to work with an existing design team and within existing agreements.
Experience with the principles, adaptation, and systematic expansion of design systems.
Collaborating with product owners and developers by delivering long-term concepts and designs in a sprint mode.
Experience with agile projects within large/complex organizations.
Experience with stakeholder management within large/complex organizations.
Multilingualism NL/FR is an asset for collaboration with Dutch-speaking and French-speaking departments.
At least 5 years of experience as a UX designer Tools Figma.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, preferably Claude Atlassian tools like Jira & Confluence or similar tools.
Demonstrable experience as a UX designer.
Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with responsive screen design.
Demonstrable experience in creating designs with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, ...).
Demonstrable experience with content design: designing content-driven pages.
Demonstrable experience in implementing designs in html, css, Javascript.
Language requirement: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR - level C2.
Demonstrable experience with Adobe XD.
Demonstrable experience with Claude.
Demonstrable experience with the principles, adaptation, and systematic expansion of design systems.
Demonstrable experience with organizing workshops.
Demonstrable experience with Sketch.
Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management within large/complex organizations Medior (3 years).
Demonstrable experience with user interviews Medior (3 years).
Demonstrable hands-on experience of AI tools.
Demonstrable knowledge of agile/Scrum.
Demonstrable knowledge of Confluence.
Demonstrable knowledge of Figma.
Demonstrable knowledge of Jira.
Demonstrable knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
Good command of French to facilitate collaboration between departments.
Demonstrable experience as a UX designer Senior (5 years).
Demonstrable experience in creating designs with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, ...).
Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with responsive screen design.
Language requirement: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR - level C2.
Demonstrable experience in implementing designs in html, css, Javascript.
Demonstrable experience with content design: designing content-driven pages.
