For a client, we are looking for the following profile.

Position

As a UX Designer confirmed, you design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications and websites.

You pay special attention to maintaining and further developing the Design System. You ensure that components, patterns, and guidelines remain consistent, accessible, and up-to-date, and support teams in their correct usage.

Specifically, you participate in the needs analysis and ensure that you understand the users and their environment to determine the application requirements as accurately as possible.

You determine and plan the research methods and help recruit participants to gather the necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests, etc.).

You propose the most suitable solution and design interfaces in low and high fidelity following a mobile-first approach.

You assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets the users' requirements and their environment.

You oversee compliance with accessibility guidelines and UX/UI standards.

You have experience in designing, managing, and maintaining Design Systems and actively contribute to their further evolution.

Throughout the projects, you maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team.

You are bilingual (Dutch and French).
