Freelance Scrum Master / Functional Analyst
· Scrum master/analyst in an existing team
· The department consists of multiple agile teams totaling around 40 people, including the existing team of 8 individuals. This team builds and maintains applications that allow for invoice corrections within various billing processes
· You will join a professional agile team, working on a series of challenging projects including developing a new functionality for correcting member invoices
· You can leverage existing AI agents to support your analysis work or create new AI agents if necessary
Scope:
The consultant combines the role of analyst with that of a scrum master. He/she coordinates a team of 8 individuals in this department
Aside from the scrum master role, the consultant will also handle (business)/functional analyses of assignments
Responsibilities:
· Leading an agile team (8 people) as a scrum master
· Performing business/functional analyses within an agile team
Tasks and deliverables:
· Coordinating with product owners and BU experts and developers
· Assisting in/creating user stories
· Developing the functional analysis based on user stories
· Scrum master of a team within member reimbursements (8 people)
· Organizing sprint planning, sprint review, demo, daily standup
Hard skills
Experienced analyst (medior/senior) with sufficient technical background
Able to work in a functionally and technically complex environment
Able to maintain both the overall view and conduct a detailed analysis
Familiar with leading Agile teams
Familiar with working with AI agents to support analysis work
Language skills:
Full proficiency in one of the two main languages (NL or FR) (reading, speaking, writing)
Good knowledge (easy understanding and reading) of the other main language
Soft skills
· Team player
· Able to work autonomously
· Good communicator
· Can explain complex matters in a simple and clear way
· Ability to communicate with both technical and business individuals
· Flexible and resilient
· Strong personality with leadership skills
