Medior Software Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience in Python or Java, knowledge of Azure and DevOps, willing to work onsite in Brussels for at least 3 days per week.
The client is strengthening its internal digital capacity as part of organizational and digital transformation. The focus is on modernizing information systems and supporting business departments through secure and sustainable digital solutions.
As a Medior Software Developer, you are part of a delivery team and work together with the Solution Architect / Lead Developer and the internal team.
Responsibilities:
Designing, developing, and maintaining application functionalities, mainly backend (APIs, services, data access).
Working within a cloud environment, preferably Azure.
Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated testing.
Writing clear, maintainable, and documented code.
Collaborating on estimations, planning, and risks.
Active participation in Agile ceremonies and knowledge sharing.
Experience
2 to 5 years of professional experience as a software developer.
Ability to develop independently in Python or Java.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
Knowledge of DevOps practices such as Git, Pull Requests, CI/CD, and release management.
Advantages
AZ-900 and/or AZ-204 certification.
Docker.
SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or equivalent).
Spring, FastAPI, or Flask.
Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
