We are looking for a Medior Scrum Master for our client in Melle.
As a Scrum Master, you will lead teams in smooth Scrum operations, supporting their self-organization using Agile principles and fostering trust among team members. Providing constructive feedback to help teams better meet customer demands is a key aspect of this role.
Organize, facilitate, and coach Scrum events within and across teams.
Support the Product Owner in all aspects of their role, including backlog management and prioritization based on value creation.
Ensure business involvement in the team and act as a bridge between the team and other stakeholders.
Report transparently on team operations and progress.
Promote a positive team climate and embody Scrum values: commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect.
Coach the team and remove obstacles hindering goal achievement.
Foster continuous improvement to sustain team productivity growth.
Guide and support junior Scrum Masters through coaching, knowledge sharing, and best practice exchange.
Support the setup of new Scrum teams through Flip forward events.

The following skills and experiences are required for this job opening:
Demonstrable experience in Agile operations and SCRUM as Scrum master (3 years)
Demonstrable experience in guiding Junior Scrum Masters
Demonstrable experience in coaching mixed teams (Business + IT)
Demonstrable experience in facilitating and guiding teams (group dynamics)
Demonstrable experience in Large Scale SCRUM ("Multi team scrum")
Demonstrable experience with Agile project operations (SCRUM) + agile values and principles (3 years)
Demonstrable experience with Agile tools
The candidate can convincingly demonstrate during a potential interview that he/she is capable of Systematic coaching
Language requirement: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR level C2
Demonstrable experience in facilitating online workshops (preferably using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, MS Teams, etc.)
Demonstrable experience in supporting Product Owner
