What will you do?

Lead the rollout of one of the fastest-growing logistics networks in Belgium

Within our Out-of-Home (OOH) Delivery activities, bbox (parcel lockers) play a key role in how customers receive and send their parcels today and tomorrow.

To achieve our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Project Manager Bbox who takes ownership of a strategic program with a direct impact on our network, our partners, and our customers.

As Project Manager Bbox:

·        Lead the national rollout and optimization of our bbox network

·        Manage multiple project leaders and administrative functions with a clear focus on quality, timing, and budget

·        Build sustainable relationships with key accounts and partners

·        Actively contribute to broader, transversal initiatives within OOH

Key responsibilities

·        Monitor the progress and efficiency of projects

·        Set priorities in an environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities

·        Contribute to increasing the quality and efficiency of the projects

·        Manage and coach a team of project leaders

·        Develop their competencies

·        Collaborate with internal teams

·        Build strong relationships with partners

·        Continuously improve processes

·        Contribute to transversal projects (City Infrastructure, bbox boutique, onboarding OOH)

·        Report on progress and results

Who are you?

·        Experience in project management (multi-project environment)

·        Leadership skills and coaching mindset

·        Strong stakeholder skills

·        Ability to work under pressure with rapidly changing priorities (Agile mindset)

·        Analytical insight and pragmatic approach

·        Good communication skills (NL/EN), Knowledge of French

·        Good knowledge of MS Office

·        Driver's license B

·        Experience with infrastructure or network projects

·        Technical knowledge or background

·        Affinity with logistics or e-commerce
