As a Data Modelling Analyst, you will work closely with your colleagues on the creation, maintenance, and management of central data stores that serve as key input sources for other applications across our organization.

What will you do?

• You will contribute to integration and data projects, identifying which data should be centrally maintained and managed.

• You will gather the functional requirements for the relevant data store and translate them into a clear data model, which will subsequently be further developed by technical designers and developers.

• You will actively participate in workshops to discuss and align mappings between applications and the central data store.

• In collaboration with technical colleagues, you will make well-founded decisions regarding the type of database to be used and how it should be exposed, primarily through web services in an AWS environment.

• You will participate in integration testing and support user acceptance testing. Following go-live, you will contribute to the support and maintenance of the systems.

You combine process knowledge with strong analytical capabilities: you understand data requirements from a functional perspective, write clear specifications, and develop the data model that serves as the foundation for database design and implementation.

Your area of expertise includes:

• MDM (Master Data Management): Knowledge of Master Data Management is considered an asset. Some databases are designed according to MDM principles, while others are more operational in nature.

• SQL: A must-have skill to provide the necessary technical support.

• AI: Preferably, you have experience using AI to support analysis and testing activities.

• GDPR & Security: As we work with sensitive personal data, auditability, privacy, and security are critical. As an analyst, you are responsible for ensuring these topics are embedded in every design.

Profile

• You have several years of experience in the field of data modelling.

• You have experience using AI tools to support analysis and testing activities.

• Thanks to your strong communication skills, you easily build professional and constructive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

• As a team player, you enjoy achieving results and successes together with colleagues, while also being comfortable working independently.
