We are looking for a Data Analyst

The Technical Data Analyst contributes to the design, implementation, and industrialization of data solutions within the ICT DATA team. The ICT DATA team also acts as a Python competency center for the pillar.

Mandatory Requirements :

Python Development

• Python 3.x

• FastAPI ou Flask

• SQLAlchemy

• REST APIs

• Packaging Python (pip, poetry or uv)

• Unit and Integration Testing

Data Engineering & Analytics

• Design, development and maintenance of Data Pipelines

• Advanced SQL

• Experience with Pandas

• Analysis of complex database structures

• Technical database analysis and reverse engineering

• Ability to understand business concepts embedded in data

• Ability to collaborate with Data Architects on the design of analytical data models  (datamarts, report tables,…)

• Query performance tuning and optimization

• Experience with at least one reporting or Business Intelligence tool (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)

DevOps & Platform

• GitLab

• GitLab CI/CD

• Docker

• Kubernetes

• Deployment, operation and maintenance of Python data pipelines on containerized environments

• Monitoring and troubleshooting of deployed workloads

General Development

• Technical documentation

• Agile development practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with OpenShift

• Experience with Elasticsearch / ELK

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools

• French or Dutch, combined with a good command of English (mandatory)

• Knowledge of the other national language is considered an asset
