Who are you?
A smooth talker and listener! You communicate smoothly and clearly with all levels in the organization, but you also listen attentively and understand what the business is saying. Writing this information down clearly is your great quality. In hectic periods, you keep a cool head and know how to set the right priorities. Challenging and managing new stakeholders does not scare you. On the contrary, you see it as a challenge to understand and convince them. Due to our agile approach in projects, you are a positive and flexible person.
What will you do?
As a Business Analyst, you will engage in dialogue with various stakeholders at clients. You map out the current work processes and get a clear picture of the organization. Together with project teams, you brainstorm on how to optimize existing processes. You have an eye for the small improvements that positively impact the bigger picture. You then align these improvements with the business strategy. At the same time, you look at what quick wins there are and which optimizations require more time, budget, and effort.
As a Proxy Product Owner, you are the go-to person for the substantive value of the product and you gather the business requirements that lead to the product backlog. Capturing the project vision of the organization is important to translate it into user stories. Finally, creating and maintaining the product backlog are also part of your tasks. You assign the associated business values and priorities. You also identify and signal the dependencies of the product to be built.
Your baggage:
Practical knowledge of Agile and SCRUM
Several years of experience as a Product Owner
A thorough knowledge of Dutch and English is a must. Knowledge of French is a plus.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma certification is a bonus
Experience with BPMN
