Functional Analyst

As a functional analyst, you will dive into the core of our clients' business cases and effortlessly translate them into functional requirements. With keen insight, you will delve into clients' functional requirements and smoothly convey them to the technical team, for example, by setting up tickets in JIRA.
Together with our lead developer, you will work intensively on wireframes that serve as the indispensable blueprint for the development of our applications.

Actively participating in discussions and workshops with clients to understand and capture their needs is also part of your responsibilities. You support the project management team in creating schedules and keep a sharp eye on deadlines.

Throughout the project, you will provide detailed end-user documentation for the client and take responsibility for functionally testing the tickets and complete flows during the development process.

Experience with low-code development is a nice plus, but not required.
We are mainly looking for someone with the ambition to delve into this area.

Your analytical and problemsolving skills are top-notch, and you have excellent communication skills that allow you to smoothly switch between clients and technical teams.
You have the ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders. As a team player, you are flexible and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Experience with JIRA and/or Confluence is a plus, but not an absolute requirement.
And last but not least: you effortlessly create wireframes in Figma or Draw.io.
